If you’re managing a full life, juggling career, relationships, family, and your own expectations, and still feel like something is missing or off, you’re not alone. Many of the adults I work with come to therapy feeling stretched thin, stuck, or quietly disconnected from who they thought they’d be by now. You don’t have to have a crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes it’s simply time to pause, reflect, and find your way back to yourself. I work with adults who are navigating career transitions, parenting stress, relationship challenges, and significant life changes, including the emotional, relational, and identity-related shifts that can accompany midlife and menopause. These experiences can quietly reshape how we see ourselves and what we need, and I bring both professional training and lived understanding to this work. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Your story doesn’t fit a template, and your therapy shouldn’t either. Life rarely unfolds in straight lines, and it’s often in the complicated, in-between moments where we feel most lost. Having walked many of those paths myself, I come to this work with genuine compassion and a deep belief that the answers you need already live within you. What I offer is a space and a relationship that helps you uncover them. I follow your lead, drawing on Person-Centred Therapy to ensure you feel genuinely heard and respected, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help explore patterns of thinking that may be holding you back, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy when you’re ready to look forward and build on your own strengths. Some clients need space to be heard before anything else. Others are ready to work through a specific challenge or find a clearer path ahead. We go at your pace, and the direction is yours to shape. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychology alongside a Master’s in Business Management. This unique background helps me understand not just how you’re feeling, but the real-world pressures that often sit underneath those feelings. Work stress, identity shifts, burnout, changing relationships. These aren’t separate from your emotional life. They’re often the heart of it. Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. No pressure, just a conversation. I’d welcome the chance to hear what’s brought you here.
